We need your consent before collecting your name and phone number (UDPPA, 2019). National ID and photos are collected when you apply for a loan.

Data processing*

I consent to Dush Finance collecting and processing my contact and account details now, and my National ID, photos, biometrics, employment, and location data when I apply for a loan, for KYC, credit assessment, loan servicing, and statutory reporting.

Credit reference bureau*

I authorise Dush Finance to query and report my credit history with licensed Credit Reference Bureaus and the Financial Card System in Uganda.

Third-party data sharing*

I authorise Dush Finance to share my personal data with third parties where necessary for identity verification, credit assessment, loan servicing, and compliance with applicable law.

Communications (optional)

I agree to receive SMS, WhatsApp, email and in-app notifications about my application, repayments and Dush services.
